Anyone but me watching this?
It's a really good show, even though I have only reached up to episode 9, but here is what it's about.
The three main characters are named Richard, Kahlan and Zedd. Richard is the seeker, and a seeker is a hero that rises in a time of evil. And every seeker has a confessor, that's Kahlan. When a confessor confesses someone they lose their free will and they tend to fall in love with the confessor. Kahlan knows that and doesn't like confessing people so she only does it when neccessary. The third main character is Zedd, a wizard of the first order. He's traveling along with Richard and Kahlan and is teaching Richard how to be a seeker, sorta...
There are some other characters as well. Darken Rahl, is the evil man trying to take over the world and the seeker's mission is to kill Lord Rahl. He also has loads of helpers, including mord'siths. Women who were taken by Rahl's men as children and trained to kill. As far as I have come, there's only been one mord'sith introduced and her name was Denna. But later in the show Cara shows up as well.
