I always cry at that part. Especially when Simba says ''Help!! Somebody! Anybody...'' He just sounds so innocent and sad..

Of course I didn't cry when I was younger, but I cried as I got older. I still do. I hate this part, but it was better that Mufasa died, I'm sorry to say. >.>

Lol, as a child I'd always cry because cubby Simba kept trying to wake his father up. I'd always skip the long live the king part because it scared the heck out of me. (I'd hide in my bedroom, LOL) Edit: Yeah, it's better that he died (unfortunately), otherwise Simba wouldn't become they way he did. In my opinion he'd grow stubborn and egotistical. :S

As a lil kid I didn't cry, but I started crying as I got older. I still cry now.
And I agree that it's best that Muffy died. If not the whole storyline would be twisted. Like how would Timon and Pumbaa come into the story? Would Simba learn about Hakuna Matata, and would Simba and Nala end up as mates or just best friends?

I can`t remember if I cried the first time I saw it... I was 8 at the time, so I probably didnt. I`ve always cried later though, when I got older. That scene is so heartbreaking, it`s impossible not to tear up.
