Good things:
-The colours were right, unlike Simba's Pride colours. They were pinky. -The characters were the old selves. In SP, the old characters weren't. -It was funny. Like Timon's proposal. lol
Bad things:
-Why make a movie with Timon and Pumbaa? They already had TV series. -How come it's TLK if the main characters are not lions?! -The hyenas don't look right. -COMPUTER ANIMATION. TLK WAS HAND DRAWN. LAZY DISNEY. -It didn't make sense. After Simba's presentation, they made their beds and fell asleep. And when they woke up, Simba was a fully grown cub and he was singing IJCWTBK. WTH?

What you said.
In my opinion, this movie felt like a parody of TLK. A couple of things were funny, but mostly I felt it was cheesy and stupid. It was a pure money-making project, a stunt to make more money off the T&P duo because they are so FUNNY! Not.

I agree, this was clearly just another attempt to make profit with Timon and Pumbaa. Unfortunately, it ended up mostly contradicting and disrespecting the original story. And isn't even anything special as a parody either. I like some jokes, but some are just stupid or downright disrespective and sometimes they just try too hard. For one, the fart in Simba's ceremony causeing the animals to bow. *SIGH* I love that joke in general but I hate how it mocks one of the most majestic moments in the entire original story. Had it been used in any other similar situation, I would only love it. And the patenthood joke about T&P to Simba is just ridiculous and impossible. They wouldn't even come to think of parenting, they're too immature for it themselves. Plus there' sno reason why Simba would need anyone to walk him to take a drink or- *SIGH* It just... stupid. Plus, I doubt Simba would've begun to call Timon "Daddy". He was way too emotionally bound to his real Daddy - especially after what he thought had happened. Sometimes in the end when Timon comments proudly "That's our son/boy!", when Simba climbs the Pride Rock to take his place, I can't help but almost tear my hair and say "****, cut it out, he was NEVER your son!!!" I thought Timon's pruposal was slightly amusing. Didn't make me laugh though, as to me it seemed rather random and a bit unoriginal seeing to the situation. Although I did laugh at Shenzi's comment about it breaking so many laws of nature. ;D -It didn't make sense. After Simba's presentation, they made their beds and fell asleep. And when they woke up, Simba was a fully grown cub and he was singing IJCWTBK. WTH? I always thought they just skipped a few months of T&P's life there, as in that it wasn't the next morning. Well, obviously, it wasn't the next morning. I suppose they just got lazy or ran out of ideas for what to have them do in Pride Lands. Personally I think the biggest waste of time moment in the film, was when they paused the film as T&P were falling down the waterfall after the stampede. To pause the film, have P go to bathroom, sound the bathroom noises and have T hum the stupid tune. And then P returning with bugs and the whole nose picking comment... AGH, what a PAIN! Come on, what was the POINT??!! They were not that funny in the waterfall paused picture to make up for the pointless scene.

Haha, inorite? There wasn't a need to pause the movie every single time drama happened @_@ The film still amuses me, but Simba's Pride was obviously better.
